Returns & Refunds policy
All sales are final. No refund, exchange or in-store credit will be granted once the order has been placed. However, if an item is received damaged, defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to moissanite_express@gmail.com by attaching your order number and photos of the problem. After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion: Replace the item; Exchange the article; Offer a refund if a replacement or exchange is not possible. Items damaged as a result of misuse, accident, normal wear and tear or inadequate maintenance are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Requests submitted after the 48-hour deadline following delivery will not be accepted. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this final sales policy.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for any claim related to a damaged or incorrect item, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all stickers, labels, and accessories intact. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued if the original packaging is missing, damaged, or if the stickers, security seals, or labels have been removed, altered, or defaced.
